I find that working out a price is really based on the product or service that you are advertising. If the product has a large margin then you likely can charge much more.

Do you know if this would apply for realtors as well? I keep my blog up to date with articles about real estate and tips and advice for buyers and sellers. The real estate market is good here in Saskatoon, but there is a lot of competition.

Does it even make sense to put ad banners on a real estate site?

I know that this post is more than two years old, but it is still a much needed read, especially after I recently being contacted by companies. When you do not know what to charge and/or where to get the information it can be very overwhelming. Plus, I’m so glad that I am not the only blogger that is lost when it comes to ad pricing.

Wow . . . another great article about banner ad rates. I am getting about 40 000 views a month and I desperately want to start advertising on my website. The problem was I really didn’t know how to start.

Another big problem that I have is to approach brands on advertising opportunities on my blog. Great article though, at least I have the pricing help that I need.
